This privacy policy provides information on how FormConnect ProMax website and app collect and store data.

Information Collected Using the FormConnect ProMax or/and website:

When you use the FormConnect ProMax website, any data collected is stored locally on the device (Pad, iPhone, Mac) or on the web(cloud server) and is only accessible by the owner of that device/account. FormConnections, Inc. does not have access to this data.

If you choose to backup or sync your data using Apple’s iCloud or sync your data to the FormConnect ProMax web server, no employees with FormConnections, Inc. has access to this data.

How does the App Access, Use, and Store Data:

The FormConnect ProMax website and app requests access to Google, Dropbox, Box and OneDrives’ data for the purpose of displaying it to the user from within our app. The app requires access to the user’s profile and home directory. The user profile is for displaying the user’s name on the document export screen. Access to the home directory is so we can display the user’s directory structure so they can navigate to the directory they wish to upload their documents.

Information That Can Be Shared Using The FormConnect ProMax website and/or:

If the user chooses, he or she can export the data collected via the FormConnect ProMax website or app into a file format (pdf, csv, xml, html, fmc) that can be shared with other users. This data can be transmitted via email or uploaded to a cloud file service such as iCloud, Dropbox, Box, Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive. During the exporting of this data, FormConnections, Inc. does not have access to this data.

Data Retention:

Data is collected and stored within the app running locally on the mobile device and on the web cloud server. Only the user has access to this data. At any time they have the ability to delete this data.

Data Sharing:

FormConnections, Inc. does not share, transfer, or disclose any user data with third-parties.

User Authentication and Authorization:

We implement strong user authentication mechanisms like multi-factor authentication (MFA) to verify user identities before granting access. Authorization controls then determine what actions users can perform on the data (read, write, modify, etc.).

Encryption:

The FormConnect ProMax cloud server use advanced encryption to protect your personal information. Data transmitted to and from the app is encrypted using industry-standard protocols, ensuring it remains secure. When stored on your device or backed up to the cloud, your data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. FormConnections, Inc. prioritizes your data's privacy and security at all times.

GDPR Compliance:

For the purposes of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 or GDPR, FormConnections, Inc. is not servicing as either a data processor or data controller. FormConnect ProMax webapp provide the means for you to serve that role and it’s your responsibility to get your customer’s consent before collecting any personal data.
